The timelines quoted are business days – Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends. They vary depending on the delivery option chosen.
The above delivery timelines are for Orders placed before 2pm. Order placed after 2pm is +1 day added to the delivery timelines.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your payment must first clear before order processing begins. Once payment is received/confirmed,  all orders will be processed in the order in which they were received.

After the order has been processed, the package will leave our store on the same day, or/at the latest, the following business day.

Orders placed over the weekend do not begin processing until Monday.

Yes, you will receive the details for your order in the order confirmation via email and a PDF of the full invoice will be attached to the email when the order is dispatched.

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive the order details to your email. The Order details  will also be stored to your account.

To save items to your wishlist, you need to log into your account first, and then the items you add to the wishlist will automatically be saved to your account for future use. Later when you’re ready to buy, you’ll need to log in before you can see them.

  • Describe the product that you received, what’s wrong with it and include a picture of the product if possible.
  • Please do not open the product from its original packaging if possible.
  • Please also include a description of the product that you should have received.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or call us on (+233)545946186.

You are entitled to cancel Your Order until it is shipped within 6 hours without giving any reason for doing so. However, you must contact us within 12 hours if you had already paid for the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please verify your account balance if the payment is not accepted. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.
